Description & Requirements:

The Sr Appian Developer /LEAD  position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading end-to-end Appian projectsKnowledge of BPM architecture and its best practices is essential, as is the ability to work with development teams and cross-functional teamsMinimum 10 years of experience in Appian projectsProficient in no-code/low-code BPM solutions like AppianExtensive experience in BPM application developmentExcellent knowledge of core BPM concepts, records, interfaces, process models, deployments using pipelines, integrations, and Web APIsExperience working with different BPM object types, query rules, constant rules, and expression rules 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

The role involves proficiency in no-code/low-code Business Process Management (BPM) solutions like Appian for workflow automationThe candidate will be responsible for extensive BPM application development and must possess excellent knowledge of core BPM concepts, including records, interfaces, process models, deployments using pipelines, integrations, and Web APIsThe architect will build applications that include interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, and integrationsAdditionally, the role involves performing analysis, designing process models, records, reports, SAIL, forms, gateways, smart services, integration services, and web servicesLead end-to-end Appian projectsDevelop BPM applications using AppianDesign process models, records, reports, SAIL, forms, gateways, smart services, integration services, and web servicesBuild applications including interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, and integrationsParticipate in analysis, design, and new development of applicationsWork collaboratively with development teams and cross-functional teams

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Appian projects.
• Proficient in no-code/low-code BPM solutions like Appian.
• Extensive experience in BPM application development.
• Excellent knowledge of core BPM concepts, records, interfaces, process models, deployments using pipelines, integrations, and Web APIs.
• Experience working with different BPM object types, query rules, constant rules, and expression rulesExperience leading Appian development teamsKnowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilitiesExperience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications, specifically AppianExperience with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrumAnalytical/ Decision Making ResponsibilitiesAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsCan operate independently or with minimum supervisionExcellent Written and Communication SkillsAbility to deliver technical demonstrations
