SAP Application Support Analyst
(FICO/PP)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3-6 months (possible extension)
We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day production support for our SAP environment while we recruit a full-time replacement for a recently vacated role. This consultant will serve as a key member of the application support team, resolving user issues, troubleshooting system functionality, and supporting business operations across multiple SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide ongoing application support for SAP users and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP-related production issues.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business teams to address process and system challenges.
- Document support activities, system changes, and resolutions.
- Assist with testing and deployment of SAP enhancements and fixes as needed.
Required Qualifications
· Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
- Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP PP (Production Planning).
- Proven background in SAP application support and issue resolution within a production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with OpenText solutions within an SAP environment.
- Experience supporting cross-functional SAP processes and integrations.
