These developers will be responsible for building new functionality, contributing to a greenfield architecture, and helping drive the long-term evolution of a mission-critical payroll processing platform.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a high-impact application modernization initiative. This individual will contribute to a large-scale payroll processing platform that is in the final stages of a multi-year transformation and will help drive the next phase of greenfield development efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, collaborative team member, and proactive problem solver who can challenge ideas, provide technical leadership, and contribute beyond writing code.
This role is best suited for someone excited about modern development practices, AI-assisted coding tools, and building scalable enterprise applications in a highly collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C#/.NET.
Participate in greenfield application development and enhancement of existing platforms.
Collaborate closely with architects, Scrum leads, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code or similar technologies) to improve productivity and code quality.
Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
Apply SOLID principles and modern software engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement scalable solutions.
Provide constructive feedback and challenge assumptions when necessary to drive better outcomes.
Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript development.
Experience developing applications using C#/.NET.
Experience utilizing Ai coding assistants such as Claude/ClaudeCode
Understanding of SOLID design principles and object-oriented programming concepts.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work effectively within Agile development teams.
Comfortable working on both new development and enhancements to existing applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of performance optimization and scalable application architecture.
Payroll, HR technology, or enterprise software experience.
